5. DATA RETENTION

The data collected by Nova Beam is retained only for the time and assistance necessary to implement and complete the operations mentioned in section 3 of our data protection policy.

We retain certain data collected by Nova Beam for specific periods:

  • In current archives for prospects, for three years from the last customer contact (they are therefore accessible to LEYOMA OÜ's services). No intermediate archiving is performed for these data (for data of administrative interest for certain services, such as litigation, retention periods are set by applicable limitation rules).
  • For orders, your data will be archived in current archives for five years from the end of the customer's use of the orders, and in intermediate archives for five years from the end of retention in current archives. The same applies to clients.
  • Regarding banking data, it is archived in current archives for the validity period of the bank card (plus one day). No intermediate archiving is performed for banking data.
