Your order takes place in several steps:

Step 1: Select your item and add it to your basket

Each item is presented in a product sheet detailing its characteristics (photos, zoom, composition, price, etc.). This sheet can be accessed by browsing the various categories at the top of the screen.

To add an item to your basket, click on “Add to basket”, having first selected the color.

You can then decide whether to finalize your order or continue shopping online.

Step 2: Confirm your basket

To finalize your order, you must first validate your basket.

Click on “basket” or the cart icon in the top right-hand corner to access your order summary. You can then modify the quantity of the items you have selected, or delete an item number.

If you have received a discount code as part of a special offer, you can enter it at checkout.

Finally, click on the “Confirm order” button to validate your basket and continue your transaction.

Step 3: Enter your billing and delivery details

You will now be taken to a form for entering your billing and delivery details.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

By default, your billing address will be the same as your delivery address, but you can enter a different billing address.

We ask you to fill in your e-mail address and telephone number (preferably a cell phone number) accurately. This information will be used by the carrier to send you your tracking number.

At this stage, you have the option of choosing free delivery.

Step 4: Payment method

Select your payment method by clicking on the corresponding button. More information on payment methods accepted on the site.

Check your order details using the order summary at the top of your screen.


Step 5: Confirming payment for your order

As soon as your payment has been confirmed, an order confirmation page appears.

You must validate it by clicking on the Pay my order button. You will then receive an order confirmation e-mail with a summary of your transaction.

Step 6: Shipping your order

Once your order has been dispatched by our logistics center and picked up by our carrier, you will receive an e-mail containing a link that will enable you to track the progress of your shipment.

As soon as your payment has been accepted, you will be redirected to an order confirmation screen, where you must click on the Pay your order button to finalize your order. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail summarizing the details of your order.

If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder first, then contact us. You may have mistyped your e-mail address.

First check that your order has been processed: once your payment has been accepted, you should have received an order confirmation e-mail. If you haven't received an e-mail, please check your spam folder first, then contact us. You may have mistyped your e-mail address.

Don't worry, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

Currently, you can pay by credit card on our website. We do not accept cheques, bank transfers or cash on delivery.

The three most common reasons why a payment is rejected by our payment system are as follows:

Insufficient funds. Make sure there are sufficient funds in the account to complete the purchase.
The credit card was not issued in the country you are in. Make sure the credit card you are using is issued in the same country as the purchase.
Your bank is blocking online payment for security reasons. Contact your bank and make sure the payment is not blocked.
